Web Analytics, Nov 23–29: Traffic Surges, Slow Pages, and the Story Behind the Numbers

December 4, 2025 By admin Leave a Comment

The week’s analytics summary paints a strangely satisfying picture: traffic is shooting upward across the portfolio, yet the sites are dragging their feet a little as they load. That mismatch creates this almost comic contrast between growth and performance pain, and you can practically see the servers sighing under the weekend spikes. With thirty-six sites in rotation, pulling in a little over fifteen thousand visits and just a touch more page views, the system is clearly getting more attention than the previous week—roughly a third more visits and nearly 30% more views—while median load time has crept up to *4 seconds*. That last detail leaves a hint of “yeah… we need to fix that.”

Technologies.org is carrying the crown again. Close to 2.6k visits, almost all from Chrome, and a hefty 98% weekly jump—something definitely got indexed or shared. Page load time climbed to 4.3 seconds, though LCP sits at a tolerable 2.6 seconds, and INP is snappy at 72ms. CLS at 0.19 is slightly messy but not tragic. It feels like one of those sites where growth outruns optimization for a moment, which is fine, as long as it doesn’t become a habit.

Right behind it, MarketAnalysis.com is having an oddly dramatic week. Visits up 241%, page views up 135%, like someone plugged it into a firehose. But LCP at 4.6 seconds is waving a big yellow flag. The page load time—3.6 seconds and rising nearly 70%—suggests that whatever is driving all that new attention is also slowing the machine down. The bright side: CLS is beautifully low at 0.04, and INP at 48ms is excellent. It’s always funny when the site feels visually stable and responsive, yet still makes you wait for the “big stuff” to appear.

CybersecurityMarket.com rounds out the top three with growth numbers that look a bit unreal at first glance—230% increase in visits, 193% more page views. But again, load time creeps near 4.3 seconds. Here, LCP is actually the healthiest of the bunch at 2.5 seconds, CLS is a little jittery at 0.18, and INP at 64ms is perfectly fine. It reads like a site that’s structurally solid but maybe bloated by something secondary—widgets, embeds, you know the usual suspects.

The pattern across all three is almost textbook: traffic spikes → load times worsen → Core Web Vitals stay mostly acceptable but whisper that they may need attention soon. As weeks like this stack up, shaving a second off LCP and pushing load time closer to three seconds would noticeably improve user experience, especially across Chrome-heavy audiences. For now, though, the story is simple: the portfolio is trending up fast, and performance needs to catch up before the next wave hits.
