The idea of Law as a Code is somewhat far-fetched because it assumes software resolving not just issues of human relations but conflicting and controversial relations. What about Accounting as a Code first? CPA ia an obsolete profession, surviving so far as a legacy of antiquated tax rules and laws written in pre-computer era.
